About James

James is an up and coming Finn sailor based in Plymouth, and currently ranked second in the UK on the RYA rankings. He is the top Junior in the UK, and 12th worldwide. This summer James is attending several major regattas as part of his development program; Finn Europeans in Italy, Princess Sofia Regatta in Palma, Finn Worlds in Falmouth, Delta Lloyd in Holland, Sail For Gold in Weymouth and Finn Junior Worlds in France. Recent Success

James finished the 2011 season 2nd in the National Ranking Series behind current World Champion which was a big achievement. He has also gained two more sponsors; Hartley Boat and English Braids who will make a huge difference to his campaign next year. He is now training hard to be ready for the 2012 season.
