About James

James is an up and coming Finn Sailor from Derbyshire. He has recently graduated from Plymouth University and is now committing to a full-time Finn campaign. He is halfway through the 2012 season with the Finn Europeans, Nationals and Worlds; and two ISAF World Cup events behind him and two ISAF World Cup events and the Junior World Championships left to go! He is currently 2nd overall in the UK Rankings behind last years World Champion and he finished 4th Junior (Under 21) at the 2012 Worlds. Recent Success

James finished 4th Junior and 45th overall in the Worlds and then the week after, went on to finish 13th at the Delta Lloyd Regatta, despite an OCS. James finished the 2011 season 2nd in the National Ranking Series behind World Champion Giles Scott which was a big achievement.
